Claudia Palma, LSW

Claudia Palma is a dedicated Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and NJ Certified School Social Worker with extensive experience in providing individual psychotherapy to children and adolescents. Claudia is passionate about guiding her clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and difficulties identifying feelings.

Her therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered principles, complemented by strength-based and solution-focused techniques. Claudia is committed to creating a warm, non-judgmental, and safe space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring their emotions.

Claudia’s work includes addressing a wide range of issues including ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, school-related concerns, peer relationships, and family conflicts. She collaborates with a team of counselors specializing in various aspects of counseling, including adolescents, adults, and marriage & family counseling, to provide a comprehensive, wraparound approach to treating the family unit.
